Rita Vindedzis is an established contemporary artist creating original fine art paintings. She has been painting professionally for two decades. A versatile artist, Rita does not limit her creativity to one style and moves from one dynamic series of paintings to the next. Her work has been exhibited in a long list of solo, group shows and art fairs including Toronto Outdoor Art Fair, Artist Project Toronto, One of a Kind Show, Toronto Art Expo, and Art Expo New York.
Rita’s work hangs in numerous private and corporate collections in Canada and the U.S. and her paintings have appeared in Canadian House and Home Magazine, Style at Home Magazine, Chatelaine Magazine, and on numerous television programs.

Back in the studio today. Doing some warm ups in my art journal, working on small paintings for an upcoming gallery show, and going back into a larger painting that I decided needed to be changed slightly. A neutral colour palette - so luxurious don`t you think?
I am over the moon thrilled that "Cabana Bar" has found a happy home. This is absolutely one of my favourite paintings, ever.
I love the colour palette I used, the layers of paint, the hidden marks under those layers that peak through, and the carefree looseness of this painting.
Cabana Bar is one of those paintings that seemed to paint itself as I was totally in the flow during the whole process.
