kind words

“I am an avid collector of Rita’s work with six of her original paintings in my collection. My first two purchases were from her Birches series and over the years I’ve commissioned Rita to create custom landscape and cityscape for specific areas in my home. Each commission has been a wonderful experience. I’ve received so many wonderful comments on my paintings. Rita’s art has enhanced my living space with character and warmth.”

Richard Montgomery, Vice President/General Manager
Hudson’s Bay, Queen Street

My most significant “ART” highlight of 2023 was having my original paintings included in the Princess Margaret Lottery Show Home designed by Brian Gluckstein – Gluckstein Design.

“They are beautiful and a great addition to the house!” – Brian Gluckstein

“I love the shift in this new abstract series. It is light and playful, yet still very recognizably you. The way your brushstrokes are and the blending of your palette is not a far detachment from your other collections.“

Jodi Wheeler
Gallery Owner/Director, Blue Crow Gallery, Toronto

I stopped thinking that I wasn't ready and started "doing the thing" Stop waiting for the perfect time and just do the thing! Step past the mental barrier of not being ready and take action. You will grow and learn more by actually doing the thing, even if you don't feel totally prepared. Yes fear of failure is real and can paralyze you. Feal the fear and do it anyway. Even if you don't succeed, you will gain confidence. There is value in both success and failure. Take that first step. Then another, and another. Momentum will build and you will feel the excitement and keep going. Do you have something that you want to do? Stop waiting for the perfect time and just do the thing. You will be so glad that you did. #motivation #goodvibes #positivity #artistthoughts #art_we_inspire #choosejoy #highvibelife #bohospirit
